Aguilar & Loera has a wealth of deep and highly sophisticated experience in commercial remedies. It plays an active role in many disloyal practice proceedings in international trade before the Ministry of Economy, specifically those involving price discrimination (dumping), subsidies and safeguards, product coverage proceedings, and annual and five-year reviews in representation of export or import companies under investigation, and domestic producers (acting as petitioner). Moreover, we have represented multinational enterprises and governments before the US Department of Commerce, The Court of Justice of the European Union, the WTO and other administrative authorities in several countries.

As one of the leading law firms in Mexico in dumping-related matters, we have actively participated on NAFTA bi-national panels on disloyal practices (Chapter XIX), appearing as interested parties (both plaintiff and defendant). Additionally, at the invitation of the Mexican and U.S. Governments, some members of the firm have served on many occasions as arbitration panelists under NAFTA Chapter XIX, and as panelists at the World Trade Organization (WTO).
